Booking & Deposit Policy

Securing Your Booking

At Jeiu Logistics Limited, we believe in transparency and fairness. To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the work.

⚠️ Please note:
We only request a deposit after we have carried out an inspection of your property and provided you with a written quotation. This ensures that you know exactly what services will be provided, how long the work will take, and the agreed cost before any payment is made. 

Payment of Deposits

  • Deposits can be paid securely:

    • By bank transfer

    • Via secure payment link

    • Over the phone by card (MOTO)

    • The remaining 70% balance is payable upon completion of the work, either by card terminal, bank transfer, or cash (by agreement).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the project start date → your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 6 months.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date → your deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation costs.

  • If ST Prime Decor Limited must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
