Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your project start date.

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date:
→ Deposit may be transferred to a new booking within 6 months. -
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date:
→ Deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and resources.
3. Cancellations by Jeiu Logistics Limited

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Alternatively, we will offer to reschedule your project at no extra cost.
4. Balance Payments

The remaining 70% balance is payable upon completion of the agreed works.

If you are dissatisfied with the work, you must notify us immediately before final payment so we can address the issue.
5. Refunds After Completion

Once the final balance has been paid and the project is completed, refunds are not normally issued, except where required by law.

Any claims for poor workmanship must be reported within 7 days of project completion.
