Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your project start date.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date:
    → Deposit may be transferred to a new booking within 6 months.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date:
    → Deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and resources.

3. Cancellations by Jeiu Logistics Limited

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Alternatively, we will offer to reschedule your project at no extra cost.

4. Balance Payments

  • The remaining 70% balance is payable upon completion of the agreed works.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the work, you must notify us immediately before final payment so we can address the issue.

5. Refunds After Completion

  • Once the final balance has been paid and the project is completed, refunds are not normally issued, except where required by law.

  • Any claims for poor workmanship must be reported within 7 days of project completion.
