2. Scope of Services

We provide professional painting and decorating services for residential and commercial properties, including interior painting, exterior painting, wallpapering, and general decorating works.

3. Quotations & Bookings

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.

  • Bookings are confirmed only when a 30% deposit has been received.

  • The balance (70%) is payable on completion of the project by card terminal, bank transfer, or cash (by agreement).

4. Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits may be paid securely over the phone (MOTO), via payment link, or by bank transfer.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date: deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date: deposit may be retained to cover allocated time and resources.

  • If we (ST Prime Decor Limited) cancel a booking, we will issue a full refund of any deposit paid.

6. Service Delivery

  • All work will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and within agreed timeframes.

  • Estimated timelines may vary depending on site conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide safe access to the property and ensure valuables are removed from working areas.

7. Payments

  • Full payment is due on completion of the agreed works unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to a statutory late payment charge under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

8. Liability

  • We hold full public liability insurance.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces.

    • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions).

    • Indirect or consequential losses.

9. Complaints

We aim to resolve any issues promptly. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can investigate and, where appropriate, rectify the matter.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
